Terms of Service

TakeMeds is sold as a one-time macOS software purchase. Your order is processed by Dodo Payments, which may issue a license key tied to the email used at checkout.

A successful payment grants access to the current release and future signed in-app updates unless the license is revoked for abuse, chargeback, or fraud review.

Initial delivery happens through the TakeMeds buyer portal, which generates short-lived signed download links. You are responsible for downloading and storing the installer appropriately.

Future releases are delivered through Sparkle inside the app. Update availability may depend on supported macOS versions and valid signing infrastructure.

You may not redistribute installers, share license keys publicly, or attempt to bypass activation or licensing controls on behalf of third parties.

We may suspend access where abuse or payment risk is detected, including excessive unauthorized redistribution of app files or license credentials.
