Terms of Service

TakeMeds is sold as a one-time macOS software purchase. Your order results in an activation key tied to the email used at checkout.

A successful payment grants access to the current release and future in-app updates unless access is suspended for abuse, fraud review, chargeback activity, or material terms violations.

Initial delivery happens through the TakeMeds purchase recovery area, which generates time-limited installer links. You are responsible for downloading and storing the installer appropriately.

Future releases are delivered inside the app when available. Update availability may depend on supported macOS versions and the continued operation of the hosted delivery service.

You may not redistribute installers, share license keys publicly, or attempt to bypass activation or licensing controls on behalf of third parties.

We may suspend or revoke access where abuse, payment risk, or deliberate redistribution is detected, including repeated unauthorized sharing of installers or license credentials.
