macOS says “TakeMeds Not Opened”
This is a standard macOS security prompt for apps not distributed through the Mac App Store. You only need to approve it once.
System Settings
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → scroll to the bottom → find the TakeMeds blocked message → click Open Anyway → confirm with your Mac password or Touch ID.
After the first approval, TakeMeds opens normally every time without any further prompts.
Access issues
Use the same email from checkout and request a secure sign-in link from your purchase area.
Download issues
Download links expire quickly. Return to your purchase area and request a fresh installer link.
Billing receipts
Use the purchase management page for invoice, receipt, and payment history.
Update issues
Use Check for Updates inside the app. If that path is unavailable, use your purchase area to download the newest installer manually.
