This page describes the website-side data used for checkout, licensing, buyer access, and support. Replace it with reviewed policy language before launch.
Website data
The site stores minimal buyer records needed for payment reconciliation, license lookup, secure download grants, and support recovery. This includes purchase email, Dodo customer identifiers, payment references, and license metadata.
The buyer portal uses Supabase authentication with email magic links so customers can regain access without maintaining a password.
App-related data
The TakeMeds app is designed around on-device verification and local history. The marketing site and buyer portal do not need camera footage to operate.
Future device activation endpoints may log limited device metadata such as device name or activation identifiers to enforce licensing and support recovery.
Processors and infrastructure
Dodo Payments handles payment processing, billing records, and license issuance. Supabase is used for authentication, mirrored purchase records, and signed file delivery.
Only the minimum data needed for commerce operations, recovery, and security monitoring should be retained.
