We store the purchase email, payment references, invoice links, activation metadata, and download access records needed to help a buyer regain access to the app they purchased.

The purchase recovery flow uses email sign-in links so customers can regain access without managing a separate password specifically for TakeMeds.

Gesture verification runs locally on the Mac and is intended to process camera frames on-device during an active reminder session. The website does not need camera footage, and the portal does not rely on video uploads.

Activation and validation endpoints may store limited device metadata such as an activation identifier, device name, platform, and last validation timestamps so the license can be enforced and support can diagnose access issues.

We use third-party providers for payment processing, billing records, email delivery, authentication, and secure file delivery where needed to run the product reliably.

We retain the minimum data needed for commerce operations, recovery, fraud prevention, and support. If you need deletion or correction help, contact support at support@takemeds.fit.
